The FSBB20CH60 is a Motion SPM 3 module designed to provide a comprehensive, high-performance inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drive circuitry to minimize EMI and losses, along with multiple on-module protection features such as under-voltage lockouts and over-current shutdown. The module utilizes a single supply voltage for its high-speed HVIC, which translates logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage drive signals for the internal IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals per phase facilitate diverse control algorithms.
