The NSMB02S50M1 is a highly integrated and reliable three-phase brushless DC motor driver circuit designed for low-power motor applications, particularly fans. It features six fast-recovery power MOSFETs and three half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. The module includes undervoltage protection, offering excellent protection and fail-safe operation. Independent negative DC terminals for each phase allow for individual current detection. The NSMB02S50M1 boasts high insulation, easy heat dissipation, and low electromagnetic interference (EMI) in a compact package, making it ideal for integration into motors and space-constrained installations.
