The NSMC05S60B0 is a highly integrated and reliable three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit designed for low-power motor applications, particularly in fan-type devices. This module features six fast-recovery power IGBTs and three half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. It incorporates undervoltage protection for enhanced reliability and failure protection. With independent negative DC terminals for each phase, current can be monitored individually.
