The SMBJ5338B thru SMBJ5388B series are 5 Watt surface mount silicon Zener diodes designed for a wide range of Zener voltages from 5.1V to 200V. These diodes feature a low-profile package with a flat handling surface for accurate placement, high surge current capability, and are available on tape and reel. They are suitable for applications requiring stable voltage regulation and high surge handling capacity. The epoxy used meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and they are moisture sensitivity level 1 compliant.
