The ZMM1 to ZMM75 series are Silicon Epitaxial Planar Zener Diodes designed for automatic insertion, available in a MiniMELF case. They offer Zener voltages graded according to the international E24 standard, with options for smaller voltage tolerances and higher Zener voltages upon request. These diodes are also available in a DO-35 case under the type designation BZX55C. They are suitable for various voltage regulation applications.
