The DT12T Standard Series TRIACs are 12A TRIACs designed for general-purpose AC switch control applications. These devices offer high commutation performance without the need for a snubber circuit and can be controlled by phase angle or on/off triggering. They are suitable for controlling loads in motors, fans, pumps, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits. Key features include passivated die for reliability, three-quadrant triggering, over 800V VDRM/VRRM, and operation up to 125C. The TRIACs are manufactured with a "Green" molding compound, UL flammability classification 94V-0, and are Lead-free in RoHS II 2015/863/EU compliant.
