The SCR MCR100-8 from Shenzhen DingDeFeng Technology Co.,Ltd is a sensitive gate trigger SCR with a maximum gate trigger current of 200uA. It features low reverse and forward blocking current, low holding current, and a low on-state voltage of 1.3V (Typ.). Designed for high volume, line-powered consumer applications, it is suitable for relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits. Its glass-passivated surface ensures reliability and uniformity.
