The AT24A-800 is a glass-passivated, high-commutation 3-quadrant TRIAC designed for various control applications. It offers high ability to withstand shock loading of large currents, a high dv/dt rate, and strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. This TRIAC is suitable for use in heating controllers, light controllers, rice cookers, static relays, and motor speed controllers. The TO-220A package is RoHS compliant.
