The Diodes Incorporated DFLZ5V1 - DFLZ39 series is a 1.0W surface mount power Zener diode designed for high reliability applications. These devices offer 1W power dissipation on an FR-4 PCB and are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free. They are qualified to JEDEC standards and are suitable for automotive-compliant applications (available under a separate datasheet). The PowerDI123 package is made of molded plastic with a UL Flammability Classification Rating 94V-0.
