The ROHM EMD12 / UMD12N are complex digital transistors featuring built-in bias resistors, enabling the configuration of inverter circuits without external input resistors. These NPN + PNP transistors integrate both DTC144E (NPN) and DTA144E (PNP) chips within a single package. The thin-film bias resistors offer complete isolation for negative input biasing and eliminate parasitic effects, simplifying circuit design by only requiring on/off condition settings. They are lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for inverter, interface, and driver circuit applications.
