The LMUN2110LT1G Series comprises PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors featuring a monolithic bias resistor network. These devices are designed to replace a single transistor and its external bias resistors, integrating a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor into a single unit. This integration simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and lowers component count. Housed in a SOT-23 package suitable for low-power surface mount applications, these transistors offer enhanced reliability with modified gull-winged leads that absorb thermal stress during soldering. They are available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel, with specific ordering codes for 7-inch (3000 units) and 13-inch (10,000 units) reels.
