SVxx12xx Series 12 Amp High Junction Temperature SCRs
The SVxx12xx series of high junction temperature SCRs are designed for unidirectional switch applications. They are ideal for phase control in heating, motor speed controls, converters/rectifiers, inrush current control, and capacitive discharge ignitions. These SCRs feature a low gate current trigger level and a maximum junction temperature of 150C, offering high dv/dt performance and surge capability up to 120A. Internally constructed isolated packages are available for ease of heat sinking with high isolation voltage.
