The MCMA110PD1800TB is a phase leg Thyristor/Diode Module designed for line frequency applications. It features planar passivated chips, long-term stability, and a Direct Copper Bonded Al2O3-ceramic base plate for efficient heat dissipation. This module is suitable for various power control applications including line rectifying, softstart AC motor control, DC motor control, power converters, and lighting/temperature control. It comes in the industry-standard TO-240AA package with soldering pins for PCB mounting and is RoHS compliant.
