The MCR69-2 and MCR69-3 are Silicon Controlled Rectifiers designed for overvoltage protection in crowbar circuits. They feature glass-passivated junctions for enhanced stability and reliability, center-gate geometry for uniform current spreading and high discharge current capability (750 Amps), and a small, rugged Thermowatt package for low thermal resistance and maximum power dissipation. Pb-free packages are available.
