The Sxx04xSx Series 4 Amp Sensitive SCRs are excellent unidirectional switches designed for phase control applications such as heating and motor speed controls. These sensitive gate SCRs are easily triggered by low current levels (microAmps) from sources like sense coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors. They offer voltage capabilities up to 600V and surge capabilities up to 30A.
