The SV601Dx series SCRs are 16 Amp high junction temperature thyristors designed for unidirectional switching in phase control and general switching applications. Ideal for heating, motor control, converters/rectifiers, and capacitive discharge ignitions, these devices offer a maximum junction temperature of 150C and surge capability up to 200A. They are halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
