Its design includes an isolated backside, soldering pins for PCB mounting, and a DCB ceramic base plate, offering reduced weight and advanced power cycling capabilities. This module is suitable for line frequency applications such as line rectifying, softstart AC motor control, DC motor control, power converters, AC power control, and lighting/temperature control.
