The Kxxx0yH is a high-energy, bidirectional SIDAC switch designed for gas ignition applications requiring high current pulses, especially at low repetition rates. It offers voltage activation from 190 to 280 Volts and switches through a negative resistance region to a low on-state voltage, continuing conduction until the current is interrupted or falls below the minimum holding current. Available in DO-15, TO-92, and DO-214 packages, this solid-state switch is suitable for high voltage power supplies, natural gas igniters, and Xenon flash ignition.
