The TS110-8 series is a sensitive SCR designed for circuit breaker applications, particularly where gate current is limited. It offers high robustness with a 1250 V direct surge voltage capability and reduced power consumption due to low leakage current. Its high off-state immunity (200 V/s) prevents nuisance tripping from electrical fast transients. Available in TO-92 (GAK and KGA pinouts) and SMBflat-3L packages, it is ECOPACK2 compliant.
