The Skyworks SMV1275-079LF is a silicon hyperabrupt junction tuning varactor diode engineered for battery-operated applications. Its design features a high-capacitance ratio and low-series resistance, making it suitable for low phase-noise Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) operating at frequencies up to and beyond 2.5 GHz. This varactor is specifically recommended for low-noise and wideband UHF and VHF VCOs in wireless systems, including GSM, PCS, CDMA, and analog phones. It offers a cross-reference to the Toshiba JDV2S01E and is housed in an ultra-small SC-79 package.
