They are ideal for printed circuit boards, offering low forward voltage drop, low reverse leakage current, and high surge current capability. These rectifiers are suitable for single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current should be derated by 20%.
