Designed for surface mount applications, these rectifiers feature high surge current capability and are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current derating by 20% is recommended. The compact ABS/LBF package is ideal for space-constrained designs.
