The KMB12F THRU KMB125F series are single-phase, half-wave Schottky bridge rectifiers designed for high efficiency and low power loss. Ideally suited for automatic assembly, these rectifiers feature a plastic case with UL flammability classification 94V-0 and plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. They are suitable for resistive or inductive loads, with current derating for capacitive loads.
