The RHBS610 is a glass-passivated, single-phase, 6.0 Amp fast recovery surface mount bridge rectifier. It features a small package ideal for printed circuit boards, high forward current and surge current capability, fast recovery time for low switching loss, and a low forward voltage drop for reduced power losses. The plastic package meets UL-94V-0 flammability rating.
