The DI150S~DI1510S series is a plastic material, single-phase, half-wave bridge rectifier designed for printed circuit board applications. These rectifiers feature low leakage, surge overload rating of 50 amperes peak, and exceed environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228. They are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive and utilize a green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. (Halogen Free). The low cost construction utilizes a molded plastic technique, making them an inexpensive product.
