The TB1S~TB10S is a series of micro surface mount glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifiers designed for automatic assembly. These rectifiers offer space-saving benefits on printed circuit boards with a very thin body (<1.5mm) and low forward voltage drop. They are ideally suited for applications requiring high surge overload ratings up to 30A peak and comply with EU RoHS 2002/95/EC directives. The plastic material has a UL Flammability Classification Rating 94V-0.
