The 800(e3) and 801(e3) series are high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers designed for reliability, utilizing military-grade construction techniques including voidless glass encapsulation and internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds. These ultrafast rectifier bridges offer current ratings up to 40 A and working peak reverse voltage ratings up to 150 V per leg, with applications benefiting from fused-in voidless glass diodes and electrically isolated aluminum heat sink cases.
