The 800(e3) and 801(e3) series are high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers designed for exceptional reliability. Constructed with hermetically sealed rectifiers utilizing military-grade techniques, including voidless glass encapsulation and internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds, these ultrafast rectifier bridges offer robust performance. Available in 25 A & 40 A ratings with working peak reverse voltage up to 150 V per leg, they are suitable for demanding applications.
