The KBP3005G THRU KBP310G series are single-phase, half-wave, glass-passivated bridge rectifiers designed for 3.0A average rectified output current. They feature a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and high surge current capability, making them suitable for use with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current should be derated by 20%. These devices are constructed with a molded plastic case and plated leads, offering a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. They are available in a Pb-Free version for RoHS compliance.
