The UG3KB05 THRU UG3KB100 series are single-phase, half-wave glass passivated bridge rectifiers designed for surface mount applications. They offer a high current capability of 3.0A with a heat sink and feature a low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. These rectifiers are suitable for use with resistive or inductive loads, with derating for capacitive loads. They are constructed with molded plastic and have plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. This is a Pb-Free device, compliant with RoHS standards.
