The DB201S through DB207S series are single-phase, half-wave bridge rectifiers designed for surface mount applications. These rectifiers feature glass passivated die construction, low forward voltage drop, and high current and surge current capabilities. They are suitable for use with resistive or inductive loads and are constructed with UL 94V-0 rated plastic material.
