The FBO40-12N is a standard rectifier bridge featuring planar passivated chips, very low leakage current, and a very low forward voltage drop. It offers improved thermal behavior and is suitable for main rectification in various applications. The i4-Pac package is industry convenient, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94V-0. It includes soldering pins for PCB mounting and a DCB ceramic backside for isolation.
