They offer reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V and feature glass passivated junctions, UL recognized plastic material (94V-0), and high surge overload ratings up to 200 amperes peak. These rectifiers are ideal for applications requiring high temperature soldering up to 265/10 seconds.
