The ULN2003LV is a 7-channel high current sink driver designed as a low power upgrade for the popular ULN2003A family. It supports up to 20V output pull-up voltage and features a low output VOL of 0.6V (typical) at 100mA (typical) current sink per channel with a 3.3V logic input, and 140mA (typical) with a 5.0V logic input. This device is compatible with 3.3V and 5.0V micro-controllers and logic interfaces, offering internal free-wheeling diodes for inductive kick-back protection, input pull-down resistors for tri-stating, and an input RC-snubber for noisy environments. Applications include relay drivers, stepping motor drivers, and logic level shifters.
