The LK1802 is a dual high-current Darlington array designed for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. Each channel features a Darlington transistor with a freewheeling diode, capable of delivering 500mA collector output current. The device is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic signals and is available in a SOT23-6 package. Its integrated base resistors and pull-down resistors simplify interfacing with microcontrollers.
