The ULN2803LV is an 8-channel high-current Darlington transistor array designed for low-voltage systems. Each channel features a built-in flyback diode, making it suitable for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. It supports low input voltages down to 1.8V and offers an output current of 500mA per channel. The device is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic signals and incorporates internal pull-down resistors on input pins to prevent unstable states during MCU power-up.
