The KID65001AP/AF Series are high-voltage, high-current darlington transistor arrays featuring seven NPN darlington pairs. These devices are designed for applications requiring high output current (500mA Max.) and high sustaining voltage (50V Min.). They include internal clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and offer input compatibility with various logic types. Available in DIP-16Pin (AP) and FLP-16Pin (AF) packages.
