The ULN2003A and ULN2004A are monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. Each features seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. With a 500 mA rated collector current per output, these devices are suitable for applications requiring robust current driving capabilities. The input pins are positioned opposite the output pins to simplify board layout.
