Our cross roller bearings are purpose-built for high-precision rotary transmission scenarios. Featuring an integrated inner/outer ring structure with rollers arranged orthogonally, they deliver exceptional multi-directional load capacity and ultra-high rotational rigidity within an extremely compact footprint. As a core matching component for harmonic reducers and industrial robot joints, they guarantee stable, precise and long-lasting rotary motion for demanding automation systems.
Cylindrical rollers are arranged crosswise at 90° to each other, enabling a single bearing to carry radial, axial and tilting moment loads simultaneously. Its rigidity is 3–5 times higher than standard thin-section ball bearings, perfectly meeting the heavy-load and anti-overturning requirements of robot joint shafts and harmonic reducer output ends.
