Description of H1235 Through Hole Slip Ring
The SenRing H1235 series is a miniature through-hole conductive slip ring with a through-hole diameter of 12mm (suitable for any rotating device with a diameter of ≤12mm) and an outer diameter of 35mm. The H1235 series is a precision conductive slip ring with a small aperture, small current, and miniature integral structure that can stably transmit 5A current (multiplied by 5A) or signals.
Application:
It can be used in pipeline cameras (pipeline inspection robots), underwater monitoring cameras, pipeline detectors, industrial endoscopes, CCD vision detection equipment, intelligent equipment machine vision systems, labeling machines, smart dispensing machines, mobile phone film pasting machines, automated assembly machines, automated sealing machines, rotating LED lights, dismantling machines, automatic pin insertion machines, toothpick automatic packaging machines, fully automatic box gluing machines, laboratory equipment, and bio-detection instruments.
Features of H1235 Through Hole Slip Ring
1. Standard current is 5A (can be paralleling wires use as 5A/10A)；
2. Max rotating speed: 250RPM,600RPM,1000RPM(optional);
3. standard model 2-24circuits signal(each 5A) or 2~4circuits power(each 10A),customized for more circuits or large current;
4. Contact materil used precious metal,ensure the stablity and working life.;
