The +GF+ Signet 3‑8512‑P0 is a 2536-family integral-mount paddlewheel flow sensor for ½–4″ full-pipe liquid lines, using a PP body, black PVDF rotor, and Ti pin for broad chemical resistance. Key parameters: flow range 0.1–6 m/s (0.3–20 ft/s), linearity ±1% FS, repeatability ±0.5% FS, open-collector pulse/frequency output, powered 5–24 VDC, with a 7.6 m shielded cable and NEMA‑rated sealing — mounts via Signet 3‑8051 integral‑mount kits (or fittings) for fast, compact installs.
It feeds a noise‑immune frequency signal into Signet 8550/5090/8900/9900 or a PLC counter to drive pump protection interlocks, flow‑proportional dosing, filtration monitoring, and totalization with zero pressure drop. Typical use: pure‑water/RO, chemical delivery skids, scrubber recirc, and water/wastewater lines (liquids only). Advantages: no moving bearings to wear, simple rotor replacement, and strong PP/PVDF/Ti chemical resistance for low‑maintenance, repeatable measurement.
