The +GF+ Signet P51530‑P0 is a self‑powered paddlewheel (rotor) flow sensor element for full‑pipe liquid flow in DN15 -DN100 (½-4") lines. Key specs: 0.3 -6 m/s, ± 1% FS linearity, ± 0.5% FS repeatability, Re ≥ 4500, and a sinusoidal frequency output ~19.7 Hz/(m/s) on a 7.6 m shielded twisted‑pair cable (max 60 m). Wetted materials are glass‑filled PP body / black PVDF rotor / titanium pin / FKM, with no moving bearings and no pressure drop.
It feeds a flow‑proportional pulse/frequency signal into Signet 8550/5090/5600/8900 or a PLC counter for pump protection, flow‑based dosing, filtration monitoring, and totalization (water, wastewater, scrubbers, chemical delivery). Advantages: self‑powered simplicity, strong chemical resistance, drop‑in fit with Signet tee/saddle fittings, and low‑maintenance rotor replacement – ideal for 24/7 loops where reliability beats complexity.
