The +GF+ Signet 3‑8510‑V0 is an integral‑mount paddlewheel (rotor) flow sensor with a native PVDF body, PVDF rotor, and Hastelloy‑C pin for maximum chemical resistance. Key specs: flow range 0.3–6 m/s, linearity ±1% FS, repeatability ±0.5% FS, self‑powered sinusoidal frequency output on a 7.6 m shielded cable (extendable to 60 m), and PVDF pressure rating 14 bar @ 20°C—liquid‑only, full‑pipe service.
It feeds a flow‑proportional frequency into Signet instruments (8550/5090/8900/9900) or a PLC counter for pump protection, flow‑based dosing, filtration monitoring, and totalization with zero pressure drop. Typical use: aggressive chemical skids, scrubber recirc, wastewater/neutralization, and RO/DI loops where PP would be insufficient. The all‑PVDF/Hastelloy wetted path, open‑core rotor (no bubble‑induced nonlinearity), and hot‑tap‑ready fitting ecosystem make it a low‑maintenance, corrosion‑proof workhorse.
