The +GF+ Signet 3‑2581‑PT01‑101 is a FlowtraMag® full-bore electromagnetic flow meter with a PVC body, Titanium electrodes, FKM O-ring, and 1″ (DN25) union connection — built for continuous liquid flow measurement with no moving parts and zero pressure drop. Key parameters: ±1% of reading accuracy, 20 µS/cm minimum conductivity, 24 VDC powered, with three field-selectable outputs — passive/active 4–20 mA, frequency (0–1500 Hz), and digital S³L — all in a NEMA 4X / IP65 enclosure configurable via Bluetooth® App or 0252 USB tool.
It feeds a stable flow signal into PLC/DCS, 9900/9950 controllers, or 8900 multi-parameter systems to run pump protection, dosing proportionality, totalization, and partial-fill detection alarms in corrosive or space-tight loops. Typical uses: water/wastewater final effluent, chemical process skids, RO/cooling tower bleed, scrubber recirc, and landfill leachate — especially where short straight runs and lightweight plastic construction beat traditional metal magmeters. Advantages: factory-calibrated certificate, LED diagnostics, reverse-flow configurability, and a Ti/PVC/FKM chem-resistant wetted path that stays online with almost no maintenance.
