The 3‑8510‑P0 is an integral-mount paddlewheel flow sensor featuring PP body, PVDF rotor, titanium pin, and FKM seals. Operating range of 0.3-6 m/s with ±1% FS accuracy, this self-powered sensor generates sinusoidal output on a 7.6 m cable and mates with 8550/5090/8900/9900 instruments.
Provides flow pulses for pump protection, filtration, RO/DI, and wastewater applications in mild-corrosion loops. The PP/titanium construction offers cost efficiency compared to PVDF, featuring zero pressure drop, self-powered operation, and tool-free rotor replacement—making it a reliable 24/7 workhorse solution.
