The +GF+ Signet 3‑2736‑HF‑00 is a bulb-style (protected bulb) HF-resistant pH electrode from the 2734‑2736 DryLoc® series, built for continuous online pH monitoring in chemically aggressive streams. Its Ryton® (PPS) body, PTFE reference junction, FKM seals, and HF-resistant glass membrane tolerate trace hydrofluoric acid ≤2% at pH ≤6 where standard pH glass would be etched. Key parameters: pH range 0–14, reference efficiency >95% @ 25°C, operating temperature 10–100 °C, pressure 0–6.9 bar @ ≤65°C, with a built‑in PT1000 for automatic temperature compensation and a ¾″ NPT thread that mounts inline into Signet fittings or standard pipe tees (DN15–DN100 / ½–4″). The patented DryLoc® connector with gold‑plated contacts mates to the 2750 sensor electronics, which in turn feeds a 2751 / 2760 chain or directly connects to Signet 8900 / 9900 / 9950 transmitters for a 4–20 mA or digital (S³L) output into a PLC/DCS.
Its core automation function is to deliver a stable, temperature‑compensated pH signal so the control layer can run acid/base dosing pumps, neutralization loop setpoints, effluent pH interlocks, and alarm/recording logic with confidence. Typical use cases include wastewater neutralization, fume/scrubber liquor control, metal & plastic finishing rinse tanks, chemical dosing skids, cooling‑tower blowdown, and RO/DI support where low‑level HF or mixed aggressive ions are present. Advantages are the PTFE fouling‑resistant reference junction + enhanced gel chemistry that resists poisoning/polarization, the all‑PPS wettable envelope for broad chemical compatibility, and the seal‑protecting DryLoc interface that makes sensor swaps fast without disturbing the electronics — keeping the loop audit‑ready and online in 24/7 harsh‑media service.
