The P525-2S is a small-bore turbine flow sensor (PVDF body, ceramic bearings, FKM) for low-flow clean liquids, typically 1/4 - 3/8″ tubing/pipe. Output: frequency pulse, 5-24 VDC, mates to 8550/5090/8900/9900 or PLC counter.
Feeds flow-proportional pulses for chemical dosing skids, fertigation, lab/semi‑pure water, and additive injection where paddlewheels can't resolve low flow. PVDF/ceramic resists acids/solvents; bearingless turbine = long life in clean loops. Step up to P51530 if pipe ≥½″.
