The 3-2551-T1-11 is a display-style insertion magmeter with PVDF body / Titanium electrodes, sized for ½-4″ (DN15-DN100) conductive liquids. Key specifications include: 0.05-10 m/s flow velocity range, ±1% rdg +0.1%FS accuracy, 20 µS/cm min. conductivity, 4-20 mA + relays output, local LCD display, NEMA 4X/IP65 enclosure rating, bi-directional operation, and empty-pipe detection.
Provides 4-20 mA + relay contacts to PLC/DCS systems for pump protection, dosing control, totalization, and alarm functions — relays can drive local loads without additional interfacing. Ideal for chemical processing loops, scrubber/neutralization systems, and wastewater applications where corrosion resistance and local readout are essential. Features no moving parts, no pressure drop, and supports long-distance signal transmission (≤300 m).
