The +GF+ Signet 3‑2821‑S1 is a K=1.0 cm⁻¹ conductivity/resistivity electrode built for continuous liquid‑quality monitoring in industrial automation. Key parameters: 10–10,000 µS/cm (≈5–5,000 ppm TDS) range, ±2% of reading accuracy (certified ±1%), PT1000 temperature sensing/compensation, and a 3‑wire foil‑shielded 4.6 m cable (extendable to 30 m). The ‑S1 variant provides a 316 SS electrode with a sanitary Tri‑Clamp profile for hygienic inline mounting.
It functions as the wet‑side sensor feeding a compatible Signet transmitter/instrument (for example 5800CR/5900/8850/8860/8900 architectures) to produce stable conductivity/TDS signals for interlocks, dosing control, rinse‑water limits, RO/DI loop protection, and USP‑adjacent purification monitoring in pharma, electronics, food/beverage, and utilities. Advantages include a flow‑through style that reduces bubble/sediment issues, cleanable sanitary clamp mounting, and no platinization maintenance, delivering repeatable chemistry data for closed‑loop control and alarm logic.
