The 3-2537-6C-P1 is a next-generation integrated paddlewheel (2537 family) featuring a PP body, black PVDF rotor, titanium pin, and FKM seals, sized for DN125-DN200 (5-8″) piping. Key specifications include: 0.1-6 m/s flow range, ±1%FS/±0.5%R accuracy, 100 ms response time, 4-20 mA output, ≤305 m cable length, and compatibility with 8900/9900 systems (supporting up to 6 sensors).
This sensor delivers plant-standard 4-20 mA signals directly to PLC/DCS systems for critical applications including pump protection, filtration, RO/DI systems, chemical delivery, and cooling-tower bleed control—eliminating the need for separate transmitters. With low-flow detection capability of 0.1 m/s, onboard user interface for K-factor configuration, and chemical-resistant PP/PVDF/Ti construction, it provides an ideal solution for 5-8″ process loops where magnetic flow meters would be cost-prohibitive.
